Tonight I meet with the Rider Company Dual Sport Adventure Team for the first planning session regarding our March 2013 trip to Death Valley. For those who don’t know, Rider Company is an elite group of my most trusted and steadfast motorcycle cohorts. These are the guys I’ve been adventure touring with since we were gangling sprouts in college. The mission tonight is to interrogate the rogue op “MotoSpeedy” regarding his notes, numbers, gear requirements, and preliminary itinerary for publication here. He’s done considerable research on this trip, and I want to get his findings recorded. I’ll post a bullet list of whatever we discuss (leaving out the irrelevant items).
